Refund policy

Thank you for supporting the Odd Compass Store. Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds on products purchased through the store.

The only exception occurs in the case of incorrectly-printed or faulty products. In such cases, please contact our printing/manufacturing partner at support@prodigi.com or contact us directly at oddcompasshistory+store@gmail.com.  Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, after a full evaluation of the situation and examination of the product in question, and are not guaranteed.
